We offer a 3-6month replacement guarantee (depending on plan). If a hire doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we'll find you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I switch between pricing models?

Yes! You can switch from ad-hoc to embedded (or vice versa) based on your hiring needs, once the first agreement is completed. We're flexible and here to support you.

How does the commission structure work?

For embedded recruiters, commission is 10-15% of first-year salary depending on volume. For ad-hoc, it's a flat 25% of first-year candidate compensation package. All pricing is transparent. No hidden fees.

Do you only work with AI companies?

For ad-hoc hiring, yes, we focus exclusively on AI talent. For embedded partnerships, if AI is your core business, we can also help fill adjacent roles (sales, ops, etc.).
