Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tech Talent Global's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Tech Talent Global provides AI talent recruitment services including:

• Candidate assessment and screening
• Proof-of-work evaluations
• Cultural fit matching
• Recruitment consultation and placement

3. For Companies

Payment Terms:

• Embedded Recruiter: $2,000/month + 5-10% commission per successful placement
• Ad-Hoc: 20% of first-year salary per placement
• Equity Partnership: Custom terms as agreed

90-Day Replacement Guarantee:

We stand by every placement made through our assessment process. If a hire leaves within the first 90 days due to misalignment or onboarding issues, **and our process guidelines have been followed**, we will replace them at no extra cost (once per candidate). Personal circumstances or competing offers are not covered.

4. For Candidates

• Our services are free for candidates
• You consent to sharing your information with matched companies
• Assessment results may be shared in anonymised form with matched companies
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform is owned by Tech Talent Global or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the recruitment process private and use it only for the intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tech Talent Global is not liable for:

• Hiring decisions made by companies
• Performance of placed candidates beyond the guarantee period
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Companies remain responsible for payments related to placements made during the service period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
