Are they really employees or contractors?

They are full legal employees under their country's labor law. Not contractors, not freelancers. Employees with all associated rights and protections. This eliminates misclassification risk for your company.

Can we transition them to direct employment later?

Yes. If you establish a legal entity in their country, we can smoothly transition them to your direct payroll. No penalty, no complicated handoff. We facilitate the transition.

What happens if we need to terminate employment?

You notify us. We handle termination according to local labor law requirements (notice periods, severance if applicable, final payments). Your company is protected from wrongful termination claims because we manage the process compliantly.

Can we offer equity or stock options?
